Troubleshooting guide

How to fix the problem

Check the cable or the same Wi-Fi network; Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners > Add Device. Install the manufacturer's driver if necessary.

Possible solutions

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.

  1. Automatic device addition

Check the connection and under Printers and scanners select Add a device.

    Steps to follow

    1. Press the Windows logo key and I together on your keyboard to open Settings.
    2. Select Bluetooth and devices.
    3. Select "Printers and Scanners".
    4. Turn on the printer, check USB or the same main network.
    5. Click "Add device" and select the exact model from the results.
    6. If it doesn't exist, use the model manufacturer's wizard or the provided manual addition based on its actual IP.
    7. Complete and print one test sheet.
  2. Manufacturer's Guide or exact IP

If the detection does not work, use the model wizard or add by known device address.

If the problem persists

Check if the printer prints its test and compare USB and network connection. If auto-detection does not work, please add by known IP or manufacturer's official wizard.
