Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
A new bag may be misplaced, misaligned, or another plug may be restricting airflow. A bag report does not necessarily mean that the problem is only with the contents. Also check the tightness of the lid.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Check that the dust bag is seated correctly
Check the bracket and seal.
Steps to follow
- Unplug the station and open the dust compartment cover according to the manual.
- Check the code of the new bag and the shape of its rigid connection.
- Slide the bracket to the intended position without leaving the transport or closing flap in the blocked position.
- Close the cover without force and check the status after connecting.
Airflow restriction search
The plug may be in front of the bag.
Steps to follow
- Turn off and unplug the base, empty the robot box and inspect its drain hole.
- Clear the plug of compressed hair or debris from the accessible channels according to the model's instructions.
- Check the filter or bag compartment for improper extra material.
- After assembly, check one cycle. If the error persists, provide the new bag code and message text to service.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the error persists with a suitable new bag and a clean accessible channel, a stop leak or detection diagnostic is required. Do not wash the disposable bag or connect the base without it.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
