Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
DND or do not disturb mode restricts different functions on different robots. It can stop loud emptying or automatic resume, but not necessarily all vacuuming. Check the explanation of your model.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Do Not Disturb Interval Check
Check timings and restricted features.
Steps to follow
- Open the DND / Do Not Disturb settings in the app and note the start and end times.
- Check the time zone and the interval during midnight, which can easily be misunderstood.
- Read on to find out exactly which features this mode restricts for your model.
- For one supervised test, select a time outside the interval and test the problematic function.
Alignment of graphs and functions
Save the quiet time you want.
Steps to follow
- Schedule cleaning and loud dusting at the time allowed if the app allows separate schedules.
- If a long run requires charging and resuming, assess whether the return falls within the DND interval.
- Change only the required schedule or interval and test one cycle.
- After the test, return to the desired do not disturb setting; if it still doesn't work, check the station itself or a work error.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the function does not work beyond the DND interval, please check it separately. Restoring all settings is not necessary just because of an incorrect time interval.
