Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
The schedule can be interrupted by incorrect time, room not selected, battery too low or the corresponding do not disturb mode. Check the task-specific enablement, not just the general schedule menu.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Checking schedule conditions
Review all parts of the assignment.
Steps to follow
- Check that the schedule is enabled and the required days of the week are marked.
- Check the app account's time zone and device time, if displayed.
- Check the status of the selected floor and rooms after editing the map.
- Make sure the robot battery is sufficient and there are no outstanding errors.
Comparison of manual and short test schedule
Set a clear immediate start for the test.
Steps to follow
- Run the same small task manually and see if the bot can handle it.
- Create a separate test schedule for the near term without changing the main work schedule.
- Check that its start is not covered by DND or another model mode rule.
- After the test, remove the test record; if it didn't work, write down the exact time and status of the app.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the manual same task works and the test schedule does not, save its settings and time for support. Not all automated features require constant internet, so check your model's requirements.
