Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
"Offline" may indicate a problem with the robot's power, Wi-Fi, or cloud connection. First, check that the robot itself is responsive and that the home Internet is working. Uninstalling the app is not always necessary.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Robot and internet check
Isolate a disabled device from a communication error.
Steps to follow
- Verify that the robot responds to a physical button and receives power at the base.
- Check the internet on your phone on the same home network.
- Close and reopen the app; compare the connection via your mobile internet.
- Write down whether only this robot is offline, or other devices of that manufacturer as well.
Reconnecting without removing the map
Start with a normal reboot.
Steps to follow
- Reboot the robot normally according to its manual without restoring factory settings.
- If the name or password has been changed on the router, use the official procedure for changing the Wi-Fi of the robot.
- Check network coverage at the base and, if necessary, reliably improve it without losing security settings.
- If the connection remains lost, please provide the model, app version and time of network changes to support.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the robot only works near the router, check the connection coverage. If multiple devices with the same service are not working, there may be a problem with the manufacturer's service; check his messages again before linking everything.
