Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
Automatic emptying depends on station type, job mode, bag and settings. Not every washing base has a dust extraction function. First, check if it is really installed in your kit.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Function and settings check
Check that automatic operation is not deliberately limited.
Steps to follow
- According to the exact base model, confirm the support of automatic dust emptying.
- Check the emptying activation, frequency and undisturbed time in the app.
- If supported, give the manual dust command while the robot is standing on the correct base.
- If manually running, check the end of task and schedule conditions rather than changing parts immediately.
Bag and channel inspection
Disconnect the base before opening maintenance areas.
Steps to follow
- Turn off and unplug the station, check for a full or misplaced bag and a closed lid.
- Empty the robot box and remove the accessible plug at its emptying hole.
- According to the manual, check the base channel available to the user; do not disassemble the power supply.
- After dialing, repeat the command once. If the motor is heard but there is no air flow, do not repeat and call for inspection.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the manual emptying also does not work with the base properly closed, check the air duct and the stop motor. Do not disassemble the electrical part of the base; do not bypass the dust bag sensor.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
