How to fix the problem
Automatic replenishment works only in models that support it, after the robot correctly connects to the base. Washing the base cloths can work even when water does not enter the robot's internal tank.

Steps to follow
- In the model manual, confirm that the robot has an automatically filled internal water tank.
- Check the amount of clean water in the base and check for the missing tank error.
- Return the robot to the base automatically and start the washing preparation provided for the model.
- Note if the app displays a refill error and if the wipes only get wet for a short time.
Checking the external charging connection
Clean only the areas allowed in the manual.
Steps to follow
- Turn off the robot and disconnect the base before inspecting the water connection surfaces.
- According to the diagram, check the connection for hair, deposits or crooked detachable parts.
- Clean the exterior in an acceptable manner; do not open or expand the silicone valve.
- After assembly, check one cycle. If the deficiency remains, give the results of both water functions to the service.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the base washes the cloths but does not refill the internal tank, the robot and station water connection and the refill system need to be checked. Do not inject water into the closed tank and do not pierce the body.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
