Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
If the L10s Ultra wets the cloths on the base, but quickly washes dry during operation, separate the base wash from the robot's internal tank supply. Setting the moisture and adding the water itself are different things.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Comparison of moisture and task
Check the short known zone.
Steps to follow
- In the Dreame app, select the floor wash and the appropriate higher maintained wetness of the cloths.
- Check the clean water tank and run a regular cloth wash on the base.
- Start with a small area of the hard floor and record whether an even wet strip remains at the beginning.
- After stopping, compare the two fabrics: are they initially wet, and then both dry equally.
Base and robot waterway separation
Collect accurate information for repairs.
Steps to follow
- Check that clean water is used when washing the base and that there is no waste water.
- After disconnecting the power, inspect the exterior of the robot's top-up connector, which is only accessible to the user in the manual.
- Remove visible debris in an acceptable manner without puncturing the valves and collect.
- If the result is the same after one cycle, take this difference between base and work to service instead of constantly increasing the moisture.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the dock washes the mop pads correctly but water is not supplied from the robot’s internal tank, have the refill connection, pump and tank checked. Do not force water in with a syringe or use unofficial service menus suggested in forums.
