How to fix the problem

Wipes that are too dry after washing the base are different from the later emptying of the inner tank. First, check the rinse setting of the cloths and that the water reaches both soles. The newly applied fabric must also be suitable for the model.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.

  1. Preparation and mode of cloths

    Choose the stronger wash that is allowed.

    Steps to follow

    1. Check that the fabrics are laid flat and do not cover the attachment points of the brackets.
    2. In the app, open the wash settings of the model cloths and increase the humidification by one allowed level.
    3. Run one wash cycle with the robot correctly positioned on the base.
    4. Stop and check both fabrics if they can be safely accessed according to the instructions; do not touch the hot washing water.

  2. Comparison of water and tray

    Determine if the problem is in one cloth.

    Steps to follow

    1. Check the amount of clean water and the position of the tank cover and connector.
    2. After the cycle, look for signs of water in the tray; do not leave a running base open.
    3. If only one side is wet, clean only the openings and tray indicated in the user manual.
    4. If the difference remains, write down which side is dry and give the information to service.

If the problem persists

If one or both cloths remain completely dry and there is no water in the wash cycle, a water path diagnosis is required. Increasing the moisture in the app does not help a blocked or non-functioning pump.

Before you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
