How to fix the problem
For one drier cloth, check fabric condition and base wash distribution. A general increase in moisture can only drench the other side, so compare both sides after the same cycle.

Checking fabric and wash settings
Start with uniform, suitable fabrics.
Steps to follow
- After switching off the robot, check that both fabrics are of the correct pattern, similarly clean and applied evenly.
- In the app, check the wetness of the cloths and the washing intensity of the base, as indicated in the L20 instructions.
- Run one normal wash on the base and wait for it to finish.
- Safely compare the two cloths and note which side remains drier.
Inspection of tray and duplicate side
Determine if the difference follows the fabric or the robot.
Steps to follow
- Turn off and unplug the equipment, clean only the user tray and filter.
- If the fabrics are the same and the manual allows, only swap the textile parts, not the different mounts.
- Repeat the short wash and compare whether the same side of the robot stays dry.
- If so, provide this result to the service; if it follows the fabric, replace the worn fabric.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the same side remains dry with suitable cloths and a clean tray, a check of water distribution and holder operation is required. Do not attempt to puncture the opening or close one side of the waterway.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
