How to fix the problem
Not all washing stations dry in warm air, and the decrease in moisture also depends on the selected duration. First, check the features of the kit and the status of the app. Cloths may be cool even with permitted air drying.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.

Steps to follow
- Check the manual to see if your base has drying and what type.
- Turn on drying after washing in the app and check the duration and possible Do Not Disturb restrictions.
- Return the robot to the base and, if supported, run a manual drying cycle.
- After the scheduled time, stop and compare the moisture content of the fabrics without touching the hot internal parts.

Steps to follow
- After disconnecting the base, check only the external air vents and dry any visible dust.
- Check that the base is not enclosed in a closed non-ventilated niche or covered with fabric.
- Place the fabrics properly so that they do not fold into a thick ball.
- If the cycle continues with no visible result and no signs of a fan, take the model and status of the gadget to service.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If really supported drying does not start or there is a burning smell, unplug the base and have the fan and heating circuit checked. Do not cover the ventilation openings and do not dry cloths with a hot hair dryer on the robot.
