How to fix the problem
The wash base can wait for water, the right tray, the right position for the robot, or the task conditions. First, compare manual wash start and automatic interval. Do not confuse the name of the model family with the instruction of another base.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Manual cycle and preparation check

Steps to follow
- Check the exact model and power supply of the S8 MaxV Ultra and its base.
- Check for clean water level, empty, sealed waste tank, and correctly installed tray.
- Return the robot to the base automatically and select the cloth washing command allowed in the app.
- Record whether the command is rejected immediately or whether the loop starts and stops with an error.
Automatic interval and maintenance check
Not every return has to run the same cycle.
Steps to follow
- Check the selected washing frequency and the suction and washing mode of the task.
- If the manual cycle is working, run a short test wash job at the correct interval.
- If there is a water level error, clean only the user wash area in the manual after disconnecting the base.
- If the error persists, please provide the error code and the results of both launch methods to support.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the base is ready, but the manual command does not work and there is an error, its diagnostics are required. If washing is done manually, check the automatic frequency and task settings.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
