How to fix the problem
Streaks can be left by a dirty fabric, too much solution, the wrong amount of water or floor care product residue. Don't add stronger chemicals in an attempt to mask the problem. First, compare the clean cloths in a small area.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Checking of cloths and washing frequency
A dirty cloth can only carry dirt.
Steps to follow
- Check that the cloths are suitable, evenly applied and free of adhering grease or sand.
- Wash or replace them according to the manufacturer's instructions without using fabric softener if prohibited.
- If the model allows, shorten the interval between returns to wash cloths.
- Check a small area of the hard floor and compare to the previous cycle.
Moisture and solution check
A large amount of product does not always clean better.
Steps to follow
- Check that the solution is approved for your model and dosed where indicated.
- If the tools were not suitable, clean the tank and accessories only according to the instructions, without mixing chemicals.
- Select a lower or medium moisture suitable for the coating and compare a small area.
- If the floor is very dirty, vacuum before mopping so the wet pads do not spread loose debris throughout the home.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the streaks remain only on a specific coating, follow the manufacturer's wet cleaning requirements. If the robot is leaving real marks in places, check for leaks rather than just changing the cleaning frequency.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
