How to fix the problem
First, separate the fallen fabric from the entire plastic holder. The fabric is held by the mounting surface and the holder by another mechanical connection. Some models remove the brackets on the base on purpose.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Fabric fit check
Suitable if only the textile part has fallen.
Steps to follow
- Stop and turn off the robot before touching the bottom.
- Remove the fabric and remove hair and fiber clumps from the mounting surface.
- Place only the correct size fabric flat, without folding the edge or covering the center joint.
- If the fastening is worn, replace the fabric with a suitable new one and check the short work.
Full mount and mode check
Distinguish automatic takedown from accidental dropout.
Steps to follow
- Check the manual to see if the model has cloths left in the station and when it should work.
- After powering off, inspect the bracket connector for cleanliness, cracks, and missing parts.
- Load as instructed without force and select the task that requires washing.
- If the bracket falls to the floor, stop the test and refer the connection for inspection.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the entire mop holder repeatedly falls off during cleaning, have its attachment and automatic-release mechanism checked. Do not glue the pad to a rotating part. Replace a damaged accessory with the correct part.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
