Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
Not all robots have a mop lift and the lift height is limited. If the feature is provided, check the carpet settings and that the correct bracket is being used. Do not lift the moving assembly by hand.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Function and carpet mode check
Please confirm what your model has.
Steps to follow
- Check the full model name for automatic wiper support.
- Check the carpet behavior option in the app: avoid, lift or other default mode.
- If the model allows, compare the work with a known low carpet, maintaining and protecting it from getting wet.
- If there is no lift, choose a wash ban for the carpet and do not continue the test on it.
Inspection of bracket and lifting assembly
Do this only when the robot is turned off.
Steps to follow
- Check that the cloth is not too thick or of the wrong pattern.
- Remove trapped hair and threads from accessible areas of the retainer according to the instructions.
- Once assembled, run the allowed mode and watch the movement without touching the bottom.
- If the mechanism clicks, moves crookedly or remains in place, turn it off and submit the record for service.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the model supports lifting, but it does not work and in the correct mode, the mechanism needs to be checked. For a high-pile carpet, lift may not be enough even with a tidy robot; keep this area away from washing.
