How to fix the problem
Check S7 mop vibration during a supported mopping task on a hard floor. Returning to the dock or crossing a carpet is not the same test. Make sure the mop bracket and water tank are fitted correctly.

Washing task check
Check the actual work on a suitable surface.
Steps to follow
- Select a supported floor washing mode and the appropriate intensity in the S7 app.
- Check that the correct cloth holder, cloth and water tank are installed.
- Choose a small area of hard flooring that does not have carpet or a restricted washing area.
- Observe and listen from a safe distance to see if the vibration occurs during the task, not just while standing.
Bracket and app check
After cleaning, the assembly may not be fully inserted.
Steps to follow
- Switch off the robot and reinsert the removable wash assembly correctly according to the S7 instruction.
- Check the fabric for creases and debris at the fastening.
- Reboot normally and check for official software updates.
- If there is still no vibration, submit the task mode and test record to service; do not install parts of other models of the S7 family by guesswork.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If there is no vibration in the washing mode with the unit installed correctly, diagnostics of its drive and connector is required. Do not hold a working assembly with your hands or try vibration on a raised robot.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
