How to fix the problem
Battery life varies with suction power, carpets, multiple passes and additional washes. Compare the same area in the same mode. The advertised maximum duration alone is not a guarantee that every accommodation will work.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
A test of equal conditions
Separate the settings change from battery aging.
Steps to follow
- Fully charge as instructed and select one clear room or area.
- Select normal suction power and one pass; record the states of washing and reinforcement of the carpets.
- Record the start and finish percentages and work time, not just the area cleaned.
- Next time, repeat under the same conditions and compare to the previous performance, not to the advertisement of another model.
Removal of additional mechanical load
Stuck parts waste more energy.
Steps to follow
- After turning off the robot, clean the ends of the main brush, the side brush and the wheels.
- Check that the filter is not clogged, dry and suitable for this particular model.
- Open the cleaning history and see if the robot has started searching for a station for a long time or repeating the same areas.
- Repeat the short comparison. If the percentage falls disproportionately, send the measurements to diagnostics.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the duration is very short and with clean brushes and normal mode, check the condition of the battery at the service. Do not charge a swollen or hot battery; do not repeat the full discharge as a "calibration" for all models.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
