How to fix the problem
Camera recognition depends on the model, lighting, object size and software. It does not replace floor preparation. First, check that the lens is clean and that this feature is enabled.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Lens and setting check
Check specifically for obstacles, not general navigation.
Steps to follow
- According to the model manual, locate the camera and clean the outer window with a soft dry cloth.
- Check that the factory film has been removed and the added accessory is not blocking the camera.
- Enable obstacle detection supported by the model in the app and read its limitations.
- For the test, choose a normally lit free place with a non-dangerous clear object.
Comparison of software and environment
One unidentified item does not confirm camera failure.
Steps to follow
- Compare daytime and well-lit room performance without blinding the camera with direct light.
- Check for official app and bot updates.
- If images of obstacles are displayed, see if the camera provides a clear image at all without unnecessarily activating additional tracking features.
- If all obstacles are passed, film a safe short test and call for diagnostics.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If recognition suddenly deteriorates even under otherwise good conditions, provide support with safe test samples. Do not take pictures of private documents or use animal droppings, glass or other dangerous objects for testing.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
