How to fix the problem

A high power setting does not help if the air path is blocked, the box is full or the filter is not installed correctly. Check available parts and assembly. Do not perform suction tests without a filter.

Possible solutions

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.

  1. Dust box and filter check

    Restore normal airflow.

    Steps to follow

    1. Turn off the robot and empty the box without shaking the dust inside the machine.
    2. Check the filter surface and frame; clean or replace only according to its instructions.
    3. If washing is allowed, allow to dry completely before installation; a wet filter is not suitable for testing.
    4. Insert the box and filter until they lock and test a short cleaning of a known area.

  2. Air hole and brush assembly

    Check accessible areas without disassembling the motor.

    Steps to follow

    1. Remove the main brush according to the manual and remove debris from its cavity and access opening.
    2. Check that the lid closes, is not upside down and that the sealing tape is not lost.
    3. Check in the app that the task is actually vacuuming and not just washing or silent mode.
    4. If the sound has changed and traction does not recover, note the difference and call for diagnostics.

Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.

If the problem persists

If a suitable dry filter and a clean air path do not help, have the suction motor and tightness checked at a service center. If water or construction dust has been vacuumed, indicate this immediately and do not load the robot further.

Request a repair

Before you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
