Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
The washing part of the Ultra station has its own maintenance filters and waste path. The exact kit is important: not every S7 is sold with a wash base. First, check the model of your station.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Separation of washable and non-washable parts
Use your base guide specifically.
Steps to follow
- Stop the task and unplug the base if the environment is dry and safe.
- Find user manual for water filter and wash area care.
- Remove only the permitted parts, remove hair and dirt, wash only those marked as washable.
- Assemble all parts correctly without leaving out the filter or gasket.
Effluent tank and single cycle test
A sealed tank is important for water collection.
Steps to follow
- Empty the waste tank and check the condition of the cover and gasket.
- Insert it to the intended position and check if the base shows another error.
- If there is no leakage or electrical wetting, run one normal short cycle.
- If large amounts of water remain again, stop testing and return the base model and result to service.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the water is not pumped after the permissible maintenance of the filter and the waste tank, a diagnosis of the base is required. Do not let water run under the station and do not wash the entire electrical assembly under the tap.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
