Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
A false full message can be caused by a stuck float, dirty detection surfaces, or residual water in the tray. In some models, one message covers several water system states, so read the entire text.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Tank float cleaning
Check only the mechanism available in the manual.
Steps to follow
- Stop washing, remove and empty the dirty water tank.
- According to the scheme, find the float and remove the mud stuck to it; do not disassemble the float unless intended.
- Check that it moves freely within its limits and that no model magnet or part has fallen out.
- Close the tank and install it properly, then check the message.
Tray water and message separation
An empty tank does not necessarily mean a dry base.
Steps to follow
- Check that there is not a lot of water left in the wash tray.
- If there is any left, follow the no-suction check instead of refilling the clean tank.
- Clean only the accessible detection surfaces specified in the manual and assemble all parts.
- If the error persists even without a wash cycle, write down the code and report the status of the tank and tray to service.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If a clean and free-moving float and a correctly installed tank do not help, you need sensor diagnostics. An added magnet or tethered float can override the overfill protection.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
