Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
Overflow can mean wastewater that is not being pumped, the wrong tray, foam or a water supply failure. First, stop the cycle and assess whether water has reached the power parts. Do not bypass the safety sensor.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Safe cycle stop
Do not let more water fill up first.
Steps to follow
- Stop the task in the app or with the button provided by the model without touching the wet electrical connection.
- If safe, disconnect power in a dry location. If it is not safe, do not touch the equipment and arrange for a safe disconnection of the power supply.
- According to the manual, remove the accessible tray and collect the spilled water from the outside.
- Record whether cleaning chemicals were used and whether the wastewater tank was full or not closed.
Checking available parts
Do the test cycle only when the electrical part is not wet.
Steps to follow
- Check the waste tank cover, gasket and consumer filter.
- Place the tray according to the scheme so that its edges do not direct the water to the side.
- If foam was present, replace the incorrect solution according to the manufacturer's cleaning instructions; do not mix other chemicals.
- If the cause of the overflow is not clear or if it recurs, stop testing and send the station to service.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If water flows under the base or into the electrical part, disconnect the power only safely and do not connect the base again until diagnosis. Repeated cycling does not eliminate the cause of the leak.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
