Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
For pumping dirty water, not only a clean channel is important, but also a tightly closed wastewater tank. If the lid or gasket is leaky, water may remain in the tray. Do not add water to an overflowing base.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Checking the tightness of the wastewater tank
The cover and gasket must be in place.
Steps to follow
- Stop washing, remove the waste tank and pour its contents into a suitable waste disposal facility.
- Check the cover latches and clean, undamaged gasket; do not install additional self-made sealants.
- Close according to the instructions and insert the tank to the intended position.
- If the tray is not overfilled and there are no leaks, check the model for one dewatering cycle.
Cleaning the tray and accessible filter
Do not create a larger flood in new cycles.
Steps to follow
- Unplug the base and follow the instructions to safely remove the remaining tray water.
- Remove the consumer-only waste filter and tray and remove any hair or sludge.
- Collect the washed permitted parts correctly without losing the floats and spacers.
- If water accumulates again after one test, stop and provide service with photos of the waste tank and tray.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If water is not pumped after checking the tank and available filters, stop washing and call for diagnostics. If water gets under the station or near the electrical part, do not turn it on again until inspection.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
