Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
Water left in the Qrevo wash tray may be caused by a dirty-water tank that is not sealed correctly, a blocked filter, or an incorrectly fitted part. A red dock indicator can have several meanings, so also read the message in the app.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Checking the closure of the wastewater tank
An unsealed lid may prevent the required seal from being created.
Steps to follow
- Stop washing and empty the waste tank.
- Check that the gasket is clean, in its groove and undamaged.
- Close the lid properly and install the tank according to your Qrevo's instructions.
- Check if the notification in the app has changed; do not run an additional wash on a full tray.
Tray and suction hole maintenance
Locations available in the manual only.
Steps to follow
- Unplug the base and safely remove any remaining tray water.
- Remove the user tray and filter, remove hair and dirt.
- Assemble correctly and if there is no electrical wetting, check for one cycle.
- If the water rises again, stop and give a report, pictures of the tray and tank to the service.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the water is still not pumped after fixing the tank and the accessible tray, you need to diagnose the Qrevo base. Don't automatically consider the next generation of Qrevo filter or tray as good.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
