How to fix the problem
The Freo X Ultra dust treatment system is not a regular station that vacuums debris into a separate base bag. The dust accumulation and compaction of this model should be evaluated in the robot according to its configuration. Do not confuse this with other Freo series.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Accurate model and dust storage
First, check that you're really looking for the intended feature.
Steps to follow
- Confirm the full name on the app or sticker is Freo X Ultra, not Freo Z or another Ultra variant.
- In the official description of this model, check the autonomous dust treatment in the robot.
- According to the instructions, find the dust container of the robot or the bag that comes with it.
- Check the fill there instead of looking for an unexpected emptying hole at the stop.
Checking for a real assembly problem
Distinguish product feature from weak suction.
Steps to follow
- Stop and switch off the robot before servicing the dust container.
- Empty or replace the container and the bag only as provided for the specific set.
- Check for proper dry filter, box assembly and brush cleanliness.
- If suction remains poor or an error appears, send the message to support. Do not modify the dock or drill additional openings.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the problem is that the robot's own dust container is not collecting or detecting well, check its filter and the correct type of container or bag. Unintended transfer of dust to the base is not a serviceable feature of this model.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
