Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
The Narwal 2003 overfill error requires checking the wash pan, tank tightness and chemistry used for the exact Freo variant. It is not just permission to dump the water and repeat the same cycle many times.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Tray and waste tank maintenance
Use the manual for your Freo variant.
Steps to follow
- Stop washing and safely unplug the base if the power connector is dry.
- According to the instructions, remove the removable washing tray, remove the remaining water and dirt.
- Empty the waste tank and close its lid with all the provided latches.
- Check the location and condition of the gaskets, assemble without leaving any bent parts.
Evaluation of solution and recyclability
Foam can interfere with the water system.
Steps to follow
- Check that you have not used an agent intended for another device, a fragrance, or an overdose.
- If so, follow Narwal's instructions for handling the solution and fabric without mixing chemicals.
- Only if there is no leakage to the electrical part, check one normal cycle.
- If 2003 repeats, please provide model, tank and tray status and support agent used.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the error returns with a clean tray, correctly closed tanks and correct solution, a station diagnostic is required. If water gets under the base or to electricity, do not connect it again.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
