Check the model in the device manager or manufacturer tool, then set the interface according to the specification; just the form of the drive M.2 does not tell if it is NVMe.
If the problem persists
Find the manufacturer's technical description according to the exact SSD model. M.2 size, connector notches, or drive speed alone do not validate an interface; Also check the PC slot support before buying.
