Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
Ctrl+Shift+Esc > Performance > Memory shows the amount of RAM installed and in use and the speed as provided by the hardware. DDR memory readings in MHz and effective transfer rates in MT/s may differ, so compare identical units. XMP/EXPO is an optional performance profile; check RAM, CPU and motherboard support before enabling it.
If the problem persists
Compare the data with RAM and motherboard specifications. If some memory is reserved for hardware, it is not necessarily a fault; Do not change XMP/EXPO just because the units are written differently.
