How to fix the problem
Activity Monitor > Memory; look at Memory and Memory Pressure, not just the amount of Free.
If the problem persists
Track your app's memory over time and overall Memory Pressure. A large amount of occupied memory is not a fault in itself; if the app keeps growing and crashing, please update or restart it.
