Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
Check X10 Pro Omni water system error by full voice or app message. An empty waste tank does not guarantee that it is tightly closed and that the tray path is not blocked.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Effluent tank and message check
Check the X10 Pro Omni error explanation specifically.
Steps to follow
- Stop the loop and record the entire voice or app message.
- Empty the dirty water tank, check that the lid is closed and that the gasket is clean.
- Install the tank correctly according to the instructions, leaving no raised edge.
- If the tray is full, do not start another wash until the water has been safely removed.
Maintenance of accessible wash area
Do not pour the entire stop.
Steps to follow
- Unplug the base if the connection is dry and safe, and clean only the removable parts in the manual.
- Remove hair and dirt from an accessible drain filter or opening if it is for user maintenance.
- After proper assembly and ensuring that the electrical part is not wet, test for one cycle.
- If the problem returns, please report the results of this check to Eufy Support.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If maintenance water remains under the tanks and the washing area accessible to the user, a suction diagnosis is required. If it is flowing under the base, safely disconnect the power and do not turn it on again.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
