Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
For the L70 Hybrid water tank, the manufacturer specifies its maintenance and filling requirements. For this model, use cold water according to its instructions; do not automatically assume that other Eufy models are allowed.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Preparation of L70 tank and washing additive
It is necessary to check the entire general assembly of the tank.
Steps to follow
- Turn off the robot and check that no unauthorized chemicals or hot water have been used in the tank.
- Prepare the cold water according to the L70 manual and close the tank properly.
- Check the water tank and dust box assembly and their outer mating surfaces.
- According to the manufacturer's instructions, moisten the appropriate cloth before the washing task, if it requires it.
Short test of water supply
Avoid force and deep drilling.
Steps to follow
- Choose a small area of hard floor and run a really washing-supporting task.
- Check that the moisture is maintained or that the initially moistened fabric is just drying out.
- After stopping, inspect only accessible connection areas for visible contamination without drilling or expanding the valve.
- If not supplied, please provide Eufy Support with photos of the tank, connector and pad in use.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the tank is properly installed and the prepared cloth remains dry, the water supply needs to be checked. By not drilling the valves, you will reduce the risk of damaging them; If the instruction step is not clear, please provide a photo of the connector for support.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
