Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
Start by checking the X1 OMNI dock’s clean-water tank: the water level, lid and correct seating. Dry mop pads can also result from the selected task mode. Check dock washing separately from mopping on the floor.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Tank and base washing check
Use only X1 OMNI correct manual.
Steps to follow
- Stop work, check the amount of clean water and its permissible preparation.
- Remove and properly install the tank, check the lid closure and gasket.
- Return the robot to the base correctly and start the user-defined cloth wash.
- Record if the water reaches the wash area and if an error is given.
Separation of supply and floor washing
This helps to avoid choosing the wrong repair.
Steps to follow
- If there is water in the base, check the actual wash task and moisture option in the app.
- If there is no water in the base, after disconnecting the power, clean only the external connections specified in the manual.
- Check that you are using the correct tank for this model and that there is no damaged valve.
- After one retry, ask for diagnostics, indicating at which stage the water disappears.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the water for washing the base is not supplied with a correctly prepared tank, a diagnosis of the supply path is required. Do not expand the tank valves or force water into the connection from an external source.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
