How to fix the problem
Raising the main brush may be normal in certain mopping-only modes. During vacuuming, however, it should operate as specified for this model. First confirm that the selected task includes vacuuming.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.

Steps to follow
- Select clear vacuum only mode and one hard floor zone in the app.
- Check that the brush rotates and collects normal particles; observe from a safe distance.
- Compare with the wash mode only, if the model allows it.
- Write down in which mode the brush is lifted and where the debris actually remains.
Inspection of assembly and mechanical obstruction
After cleaning, the cover must be put on correctly.
Steps to follow
- Turn off the robot, remove the user-only brush cover and check for hair and debris.
- Check the brush and cover part codes if they are changed.
- Assemble correctly, recharge as usual and repeat one suction test.
- If the assembly does not come down, provide the gadget mode screen and work record to service.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If the main brush remains raised and in a clear vacuum-only task on hard floors, lift assembly and control diagnostics are required. Do not force the body of the brush or add weight.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
