How to fix the problem
The main brush can get stuck not only at the visible hairs, but also in the rear holders. A post-cleaning error may indicate an improperly installed cover, an incompatible brush, or a drive failure. Do not restart with a stuck part.

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Cleaning the brush and its ends
Access only user removable parts.
Steps to follow
- Turn off the robot, remove the brush cover and lift the brush according to the instructions.
- Remove tangled hair, thread and debris from the ends of the brush and the brush cavity.
- If the end caps are removed according to the manual, clean underneath; do not remove pressed parts by force.
- Insert in the correct direction, lock the cover and test it on a hard floor.
Part and cover compatibility
It is especially important after replacing a non-original part.
Steps to follow
- Compare the new brush code, length, and tip shape with the parts list for your specific robot.
- Check that the lid latches are closed on both sides and that the cloth is not caught.
- If the old brush still works, briefly compare it under the same conditions.
- If the error reoccurs with the correct node, stop. A short test without a brush is not allowed on all models, so do not use it as a general advice.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If a brush that is clean and fits the exact model still jams the drive, have it checked. Do not bypass motor connections and safety sensors.
Request a repairBefore you begin: Before maintenance, stop and switch off the robot and unplug the dock. Do not touch moving parts during operation. If liquid reaches electrical components or the battery is damaged, do not power the device on again until it has been inspected.
