Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
The disappearance of the map can be related to another account, selected high, temporary connection or real data loss. A factory reset may erase the information that is still being restored, so don't start it first.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Account and selected map verification
Check if you are viewing another environment.
Steps to follow
- In the app, check the exact bot, account and region it was associated with.
- Check any saved floors or other maps in the map management menu.
- Refresh the app image and check the connection; a brief no-load is not a deletion.
- If you have another legitimately paired phone, compare the map visibility on it.
Preparing a previous version or a new map
Features vary by model.
Steps to follow
- If there is a backup version of the map or a history restore, select the last correct one by date and rooms.
- Save and run the short quest from an unchanged base location.
- If there is no recovery, prepare the passages and create a new map according to the model's instructions.
- After building, recheck restricted areas, carpets, and schedules before leaving the robot to work alone.
Features, menus and error codes depend on the exact robot and dock model and software version. Instructions for another series may not apply.
If the problem persists
If there is no backup version of the map, create a new one only after fixing the location of the stop and the connection. Before doing so, save the schedule and zone information if it is still visible.
