Video playback and accessory testing

Steps to follow
- Wait for the wakeup to finish and press Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B once. Windows will try to restore the graphics driver; a signal may sound.
- Check with an external display. If it works, save your work before making any other changes.
- Disconnect the dock, USB accessories, and additional display. Reboot normally if the system is responsive and repeat one sleep-wake attempt.
- If the entire system becomes unresponsive, use a forced shutdown only as a last resort, knowing that unsaved work will be lost.
Checking drivers and sleep mode

Steps to follow
- Select the exact G14 code on the ASUS support page and check the chipset and drivers for both video adapters.
- Install compatible official packages one by one, repeating the same sleep test after reboot.
- In the Administrator Terminal, the command powercfg /a shows the supported sleep modes. Record the result; do not try to force an unsupported mode with registry changes.

If the problem persists
If the screen does not recover even with disconnected accessories and official drivers, write down the G14 model, BIOS version and the result of the test with an external display. A frequent force shutdown is not a permanent solution.
