The game has low FPS

Possible solutions

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.

1. Reducing the graphics load

   Lower the resolution and advanced game settings one by one.

   Steps to follow

   1. Open the game's Settings/Options and Graphics/Video menu.
   2. First, reduce the quality of the textures, especially for the GPU memory error; select a lower resolution if necessary.
   3. Change one parameter, click Apply and play the same game scene.
   4. If it improves, leave the working value. If there is no improvement, return the change and check another reason; the monitor's Hz FPS does not increase.

2. Choosing the right GPU and power supply

   Connect the laptop with the appropriate adapter and check if the game uses the desired GPU.

   Steps to follow

   1. Press the Windows logo key and I together on your keyboard to open Settings.
   2. Select "System".
   3. Select "Display".
   4. Select "Graphics".
   5. Connect the power adapter suitable for the model.
   6. If the game is listed and the computer has multiple GPUs, open its Options and select the proposed high-performance GPU.
   7. Save, close and restart the game and compare. If there is only one GPU, the additional selection will not create it.

3. Game and driver check

   If only one game is slow, check for updates; if all - compare driver and load.

   2. Compare another game with a similar load.
