Troubleshooting guide

How to fix the problem

Microsoft PC Health Check check exact mismatch: processor, TPM 2.0, UEFI/Secure Boot capability or other requirement. Also check the free space required for Windows 11 installation. Enabling TPM alone will not make an unsupported CPU supported. Bypassing requirements is not officially supported; save the files and evaluate the supported solution before changing the system.

Possible solutions

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.

  1. Enabling supported features

If PC Health Check indicates a disabled supported TPM or invalid UEFI status, check the model manual.

    Steps to follow

    1. Download PC Health Check only from the official Microsoft website and open it.
    2. Click on Windows 11 Eligibility Checker and unfold all the reasons.
    3. Make a note of missing TPM/UEFI enabled support or not supported by the CPU itself. The first case requires a model instruction; for the second, a switch alone will not help.
    4. Before changing your system, make sure you have a copy and choose a supported solution, not a workaround.
  2. System compatibility selection

If the supported CPU or hardware does not match, evaluate the supported system or device; the BIOS option alone will not suffice.

If the problem persists

Make a note of the specific discrepancy identified by PC Health Check. Enabling TPM or Secure Boot alone will not help an unsupported processor; choose a supported system over random requirements bypasses.
