If it doesn't connect, disconnect from the other device and remove and re-add just the headphone entry.

    1. Click on the Apple icon in the top left and select System Settings.
    2. Select Bluetooth.
    3. Disconnect the headphones from your phone or other active device.

    5. Turn on pairing mode again and press Connect; Do not delete other Bluetooth entries.

If the problem persists

Disconnect the headphones from the other device using them, charge them and enter true pairing mode. If necessary, remove their entry in the Mac Bluetooth list and pair again.
