How to fix the problem
Open Windows Terminal with PowerShell or Command Prompt tab and type powercfg /batteryreport. The command will specify the path of the saved HTML report; open it in your browser. Compare Design Capacity, Full Charge Capacity and Actual Runtime. Missing or fluctuating data may be controller dependent; the battery does not need to be deliberately deeply discharged.
If the problem persists
The output of the command indicates the location of the generated HTML report - open it in a browser. If the indicators are missing, try the manufacturer's battery diagnostics; a single capacitance measurement is not a definitive diagnosis.
