Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
Check Spam, mailbox location, filters and synchronization; log in via webmail to isolate the application problem.
Possible solutions
Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.
Webmail and folders
View Spam, Trash, Filters, and Mailbox Filling.
Steps to follow
- Check the correct account in the official webmail.
- View Inbox, Spam, Trash and vendor storage fill.
- Check the filters or forwarding you have created in the settings; capture an unknown referral as a security feature.
- Try receiving an email from your other account and compare.
Synchronization or sender error
If the webmail is there, fix the synchronization of the program; if not, check the sender's return code.
Steps to follow
- Check if the email is in webmail of the same account.
- If there is, use Refresh/Send-Receive in the app to verify its correct account and provider sync settings.
- If the email is not available in webmail, ask the sender for a return error code if received. Give the code to the supplier, not the whole private letter in public.
If the problem persists
Send a test email from another account and check webmail and trash. If the sender receives a return message, their error code will help determine the reason for the rejection.
