Prints the wrong page size

Possible solutions

Choose the method that matches your situation. Start with the simplest suitable option and check the result. If the problem is fixed, you do not need to continue with the other methods.

1. Matching the paper size

   In the program and printer options, select the same A4 or other real format.

   Steps to follow

   1. In the application, select File > Print and preview the document format.
   2. Set the printer Preferences to the same true A4 or other loaded paper size.
   3. Check the size of the tray and its guides, then print one sheet; A4 and Letter are not the same.

2. Document scale

   Choose True Size or Fit based on the target based on the physical margins.

   Steps to follow

   1. In the PDF application, open Print.
   2. If you need actual size, choose Actual size; if the entire content does not fit, Fit.
   3. Check the edges of the sheet in the preview and print one sheet. Scaling does not remove the physical margins of the printer.
