How to fix the problem
In Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region, select Add language and Lithuanian language pack if your edition of Windows supports it. Select it as the Windows display language and log out if prompted. In the Home Single Language edition, the choice of additional display language is limited; keyboard layout can be changed separately.
If the problem persists
Check the Windows release: Home Single Language does not support an additional display language in the normal way. The language package requires internet and free space; keyboard language is changed separately.
