How to fix the problem
System Settings > General > Language & Region add the desired supported language and select it as the default language. Reload or reopen applications if prompted. The Lithuanian input keyboard does not mean that the entire macOS interface will be Lithuanian; specific system and application localization options vary.
If the problem persists
Check the list of supported languages for your specific version of macOS and reopen the apps. The Lithuanian keyboard can be used even if the entire system interface is not translated into Lithuanian.
