Press Win+Space and select the required keyboard layout.

    Steps to follow

    1. Hold the Windows logo key.
    2. While still holding the space bar, a list of input languages will appear.
    3. Select Lithuanian or the desired layout and release the keys.
    4. Open Notepad and write a few letters like б, ч, е to check the selection.
  2. Organizing the input list

If the wrong layout comes back, Language and Region remove only the keyboards you don't need.

    Steps to follow

    1. Press the Windows logo key and I together on your keyboard to open Settings.
    2. Select "Time and Language".
    3. Select "Language and Region".
    4. Next to the language you are using, click the three dots and "Language options" if available.
    5. In the list of keyboards, remove only the unnecessary layout, leaving at least one in use.
    6. Win+Space to select the rest of the keyboard and try it in Notepad. In Windows 10, the menu may be called "Language".

If the problem persists

Only remove the unnecessary keyboard layout, not the system language in use. Check the input language of the specific application and try typing in Notepad.
