Troubleshooting guide
How to fix the problem
Access your router's administration page according to the manufacturer's instructions, open Wireless/Wi-Fi Security and set a strong WPA2-AES or WPA3 password. Reconnect the devices after the replacement.
If the problem persists
Before changing, write down the current network name and prepare to reconnect all devices. If your older device does not support WPA3, consider the compatibility mode offered by the manufacturer.
