How to fix the problem
Windows Security > Firewall and Network Protection; check the active network status. Don't turn off the firewall just to "run the app".
If the problem persists
If one app doesn't work, check its officially required connection instead of disabling the entire firewall. Create permission only for trusted application and correct network profile.
Request a repair
