Repair options depend on the specific model, fault and availability of spare parts. After receiving the model and description of the fault, we can tell if the device is worth delivering for diagnostics.

What faults can be claimed?
The same symptom can be related to the battery, power supply, motor, sensors, mechanics or electronic board, so diagnosis is carried out before repair.
- The device does not turn on or charge.
- Battery drains quickly.
- The pump has lost traction or is unusually loud.
- The robot stops moving, spins in place or cannot find a stop.
- Brushes, wheels, sensors or cleaning mechanism not working.
- An error code is displayed.
- The device has been flooded or soiled.
How to prepare for diagnostics?
- Write down the exact manufacturer and model.
- Take a picture or write down the displayed error code.
- Briefly describe when the problem started.
- Also deliver the charger or dock if the fault is related to charging.

Price
Computer diagnostics costs from €10. If repairs are carried out, diagnostics are free of charge. If it turns out that additional work is needed, we discuss it and the price before the repair.
