How to fix the problem
System Settings > Privacy & Security > FileVault > Turn On. The recovery method/key MUST be stored securely - losing it can result in data loss.
If the problem persists
Before enabling, check the backup and the availability of the selected recovery method. If the computer is managed by an organization, the key may be stored by the administrator; do not post it publicly.
