How to fix the problem
System Settings > Screen Saver select the desired wallpaper; Choose when it appears in the Lock Screen settings.
If the problem persists
Check when the screen saver should turn on and whether the program prevents the computer from going to sleep. Screen saver and screen off times are different; the screen may go blank first.
